This company is a leading provider of ICT - furniture solutions for the Education and Business sectors; their specialty is integrating all types of technology within their range of furniture.

Due to growth within the business and the launch of new products, they have a key role available within the team. They are looking for self-starter, preferably with industry experience, who can ‘hit the ground running’.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To understand the sales strategy and work towards achieving sales targets.
- To achieve your agreed sales targets through new and existing clients.
- Develop personal sales plan and report monthly on sales actions and activity.
- To promote the company at all times, in particular utilising networking opportunities.
- To consistently operate in a manner that maximises the long term profitability of the company.
- Develop and maintain a productive working relationship with the Operational Delivery Team.
- Deliver a professional and memorable customer experience.
- Update, maintain and manage company CRM system, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- To complete any other duties that may be required in order to meet the needs of the business.

KEY ATTRIBUTES:
Reporting to the Commercial Director, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales ‘hunter’ with a demonstrable track record of hitting and exceeding targets to join our team. You must be used to employing a consultative sales approach and will ideally have significant experience and knowledge of the furniture and/or education sales markets.

In addition they expect the following:-
- Motivation, drive and hard work – you must be a self-starting, target-driven hard worker.
- Enthusiasm – upbeat, positive and willing to help others.
- Sales ability – good questioning techniques, closing techniques and excellent listening skills.
- You must be able to demonstrate how to use a consultative sales approach.
- Organisational ability – ability to prioritise and organise yourself.
- Concentration and focus on the sales plan and target.
- Good product knowledge and quick learner.
- Attitude – a respected team player who integrates well with colleagues.
- Industry experience is preferred.
- Good sense of humour.

Salary £25,000 per annum, OTE £40,000 uncapped
