Due to growth within the business and the launch of this company's new products, they have a key role coming available within their sales team. They are looking for self starter, preferably with industry experience who can ‘hit the ground running’.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To understand the sales strategy and work towards achieving sales targets for HR and Health & Safety services including Training and a new Employee Management System
- To achieve your agreed sales targets. Activity will include generating some of your own leads through the generation of appointments, networking, attendance at trade fairs, incoming enquiries, cross referring etc….
- To promote the Company at all times, in particular utilising networking opportunities
- To operate at all times to maximise the long term profitability of the company, in particular to ensure that expenditure is prudent and appropriate
- To ensure your knowledge relating to HR, HS and Training is up to date
- To develop and maintain a productive working relationship with the Operational Delivery Team in order to ensure that the client experience is maximised at all times
- To ensure that sales documentation and fulfilment processes are complete in line with regulatory requirements
- To complete any other duties that may be required in order to meet the needs of the business

- Sales Ability – good questioning techniques, closing techniques and excellent listening skills. Can demonstrate how to use a consultative sales approach
- Organisational Ability – ability to prioritise and organise oneself, forget and miss nothing
- Concentration & Focus – don’t get distracted, focus on each job and every lead
- Quick learner / Product Knowledge – This company's products and services can be taught but you need to be a quick learner
- Attitude – a team player who gets on well with and supports others
- Industry Experience - preferably the successful candidate will have experience in selling HR & HS services
