Are you a capable and driven business leader with a proven track record in delivering sales growth and building exceptional sales teams within the digital / online sector?
 
A high calibre and results driven Business Development / Online Marketing Sales Manager is required to head up and lead an exciting digital marketing agency division delivering planned online marketing campaigns to a wide client base.

This opportunity will provide you not only with an Online Marketing Sales Manager role, but a chance to be the real driving force in an exciting venture and become an instrumental part of building a strong online digital marketing sales company. There are currently people in place looking after the online marketing presence of two existing client brands and this role will see you tasked with further business development and to knock down doors to ensure new client acquisitions.

Leading with your drive & ability to win and retain business, you will have the credibility to establish, develop, coach and motivate a highly driven online digital marketing solutions sales team who can consistently deliver on results to external clients and ultimately grow the business.

Role Requirements

- Fantastic leader & team builder with a motivational and lead by example management style
- High commercial awareness and an extensive knowledge of the digital online marketing sector
- An ability to work independently and define and execute strategy to gain results
- World class consultative marketing solutions sales skills at board level
- Understanding of how to implement, manage and maximise on B2B sales cycles
- Clear demonstration of your ability to exceed your sales team target
- Minimum 3 years successful agency business development / sales management experience in a like for like online marketing space
- Good interpersonal skills and a positive team player attitude.
- Confident negotiation skills and strong client facing/servicing abilities.
- Ability to deliver persuasive & engaging presentations to existing and new business prospects
- Comprehensive understanding of online marketing, campaign management and analytics.
- Aggressive motivated self-starter with strong organizational skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of all digital online marketing channels
- Proven results within an online digital marketing / media sales background
