Due to growth, they have an exciting opportunity for an individual who is highly motivated, with a proven track record within a target driven environment. You will be responsible for engaging with businesses in the East & West Midlands and South Yorkshire. A full driving licence and access to a car is essential.

The Role

You will be engaging and working in partnership with employers to discuss their recruitment needs and liaising with internal stakeholders to set up Sector Based Work Academies. Creating proposals in line with employer requirements, you will be providing interview feedback and completing reviews with employers to ensure we are exceeding expectations.

You will be proactively promoting recruitment, training and development programmes through identifying, engaging and securing new business. You will maintain effective relationships with internal colleagues to ensure services are delivered to an excellent standard.

The Individual

You will need to be self managing with an ability to secure new employer clients through a variety of new business development approaches, including; cold calls, meetings, presentations and events.

Experience of working in a similar role is desirable as identifying effective workforce training solutions that address an employer’s current and future business needs will be crucial to your success. Knowledge and experience of Sector Based Work Academies and the Welfare to Work sector is highly advantageous.
