This ambitious business delivers training solutions and workforce consultancy to employers and learners throughout the Midlands. They are graded Good by OFSTED across all areas of the business and hold Investors in People - Silver, Matrix and ISO9001 accreditation.

You will be highly motivated and have a proven track record within a target driven environment. The role is pivotal to the ambitious growth plans at the business. The successful applicant will be responsible for engaging with businesses across the region therefore a full driving licence and access to a car is essential.

The Role

You will be proactively promoting their recruitment, training and development programmes through identifying, engaging and securing new business with employers across the region. Creating proposals in line with employer requirements, you will be providing interview feedback and completing reviews with employers to ensure they are exceeding expectations. You will maintain effective relationships with internal colleagues to ensure services are delivered to an excellent standard that will maximise opportunities to provide added value programmes and services. They encourage you to manage your diary, cold calling and employer engagement activities to meet the demands of the business and your personal commitments.

The Individual

You will need to be self managing and highly motivated with an ability to secure new employers through a variety of new business development approaches, including; cold calls, networking, presentations and jobs fairs.

Experience of working in a similar role is desirable as identifying effective workforce training solutions that address an employer’s current and future business needs will be crucial to your success. Knowledge and experience of Sector Based Work Academies and the Welfare to Work sector is highly advantageous.

You will also be required to be a team player and work closely with colleagues across the business to support the ongoing development of the brand and reputation with emphasis on planning delivery to ensure they maximise their potential classroom delivery model within their Centres.
