A family run business dedicated to providing high quality, cost effective products for the corporate clothing, workwear and promotional clothing markets.

Based in the Midlands the company offers a large range of high quality products, designed with unique features and benefits, which includes formal shirts, poloshirts, sweatshirts, fleeces, jackets and trousers. They also offer a Bespoke Clothing Service where they design and source all types of custom made clothing, with some of the lowest minimums in the industry.

Job Summary
The incumbent will be working directly with key customers, external designers and potentially factories on bespoke projects. They will need to build strong working relationships with all other members, notably the Sales Manager, Sales Team, Customers, Operations Manager and Customer Services.

The role is demanding and intensive. The incumbent will have direct responsibility for a number of larger, key customers and will be directly responsible for managing and growing the business. To succeed he/she will need to be disciplined, meticulous and able to cope with multiple tasks and deadlines.

Whilst no job description will ever completely list all aspects of the role, the following notes give guidance:

Key Accounts:
- Day to day handling of clients enquiries, product requests and pricing, accurately and on time
- Receiving projects directly from customers and moving them forward with a brief to the internal sales team.
- Starting and progressing projects including new designs working with external Designer
- Scoping, pricing and progressing bespoke enquiries and progressing them with the relevant client.
- Communicating regularly to the clients regarding progress of bespoke orders.
- Handling calmly and professionally challenging situations.
-Escalating any critical issues to the KA Manager.

Weekly updates to the KA Manager will be required on key KPI’s to ensure that the Company is fully aware of what is happening. This is a key position and total accountability for time and expenses will be expected.

A detailed understanding of garments, the bespoke order process, internal processes and factory processes will be critical.

Whilst the role is predominantly managing ‘day to day’ operations, the incumbent will also be invited on occasions to participate in broader strategic discussions to facilitate continuous improvement.

Renumeration will be based on experience.
