Job Summary
They are looking for enthusiastic people to join their skilled team based primarily in the Midlands area
This development role will be supporting the business by creating new opportunities with new clients, expanding the network and assisting with growth.
The ideal candidate will have, as a minimum, 2 years of new business development experience and ideally experience of running a new business development team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Helping grow the client base by identifying new opportunities
- Assisting in building out a New Business Team
- Assessing the market and looking for growth areas
- Maintaining relationships with prospective clients
- Liaising with the marketing team to deliver targeted campaigns
- To build personal knowledge of the company product portfolio
- Working with Senior Management team on enhancing customer engagement

- As a team, generate new business opportunities

- Basic Salary of £30,000 - £60,000 with up to £80k OTE
- 20 days per year plus Public Holidays. (increases after 5 years service)
