This is an excellent opportunity for a Business Development Prospector to join a Global Engineering company in Oxfordshire.

This is a new position within the Sales team and reports into the Sales Manager. As the Business Development Executive you will work as part of a busy Sales team focusing predominantly on generating sales opportunities across Europe. You will play an integral part of how this role will develop and influence marketing campaigns to assist with lead generation and conversion. The ideal candidate would be multi lingual.

Responsibilities:
- Manage, develop and strengthen the client base in your region by identifying and qualifying leads for the Business Development and Channel Management teams.
- Canvass through relevant leads and update the CRM accordingly
- Identify routes to market for the Sales team
- Research target clients and develop campaigns for these.
- Hit and exceed the sales target.

The ideal candidate will have previously excelled in a sales environment and be looking to develop this further within a company they can progress within. In return you will receive excellent training and a generous commission/bonus structure. European languages and experience in the any technical sectors would be an advantage.
