This company is looking to recruit a highly motivated and passionate Business Development Executive
reporting directly to the Company Directors.
About The Company:
They bring together a young and dynamic team with over 30 years of experience in the design, construction and installation of exhibitions stands and commercial interiors globally.
They also work with partner agencies, 9 Yards and Future AV, to provide digital solutions for their clients.
From intelligent user experiences and interactive video walls, to web apps and CGI.
Key responsibilities/role:
- Create and maintain database of existing and new clients
- Visit exhibitions to meet potential new clients
- Cold call to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities
- Identify potential clients and the decision makers within companies
- Research and build relationships with new clients
- Set up meetings with new and existing clients
- Assist team to prepare presentations and estimates
- Great communication skills and team player
- Assist Directors with Zee Marcoms strategy
Business development planning:
- Attend industry functions such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and
information on market trends
- Present to and consult with the directors on business trends with a view to developing new services,
products, and distribution channels
Management and research:
- Submit weekly progress reports
- Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM or other sales
management system
- Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets
- Assist Directors with organising and managing weekly sales meetings with key members of the team
There is scope for the right candidate to become a business development manager and to build their own sales team

Package:
- Basic Salary up to £30k + Commission
- Commission scheme uncapped
- Bonus scheme based on achieving KPI’s/set objectives
