Looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join a growing team. Responsible for developing existing customer relationships and finding new customers for the business, At first under supervision of senior staff, specific duties are likely to include: maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers and visiting new customers for new business. On target earnings on top of basic salary.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Actively gain new business sales for the brand the learning centre, in line with annual sales targets.
- Selling Learning & Development solutions – indoor + outdoor with a 70% focus on Learning and development programmes and 30% focus on team building.
- Recognise new opportunities in existing outdoor clients and diversifying within the client organisation.
- Undertake ‘show arounds’ to client prospects at the Outdoor Leadership Centre.
- Actively try to obtain client meetings to develop the business.
- Write and develop (with brand trainers as appropriate) proposals to clients. Working strategically with the training and marketing team.
- Build relationship with sales and operations staff with onsite partners, to gain maximum number of referrals, and generate business from this market.
- Support the General Manager with other business development activities across the brand that will help generate sales.
- Record sales activities and progress effectively using the CRM system.
- Support in marketing and sales opportunities that may sometimes fall outside normal working hours. Follow up on marketing leads
- Meet weekly, monthly and yearly activity and sales targets set by the General Manager.
- Appropriately represent the brand at all times.
