About the company:
This company is an award winning, independent company based in Oxford, specialising in the development and ongoing maintenance of cloud‐based portals for the property industry. Traditional property management software is outdated and clunky, and the company is ushering in a new era of web‐based solutions which are intuitive and engaging. Their software is used by the largest and most iconic developers, managing agents and schemes including CBRE, Savills, The Shard and Barratt Homes

About the Role:
The opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Consultant to join their expanding team. Reporting directly to the Commercial Manager, you will be profit‐orientated, with a proven sales background. You must have excellent client service skills and the ability to take on and develop new ideas in line with a fast-growing business. You will be responsible for generating new sales as well as working with our Client Services team on developing sales from their existing client base.

Responsibilities include:
- To grow new and existing business development, sectors and opportunities
- To maintain and develop relationships with new and existing clients
- To work closely with, and support, the Production, Client Services and MarComs teams
- To promote Locale as the thought‐leading service provider in this sector

About You:
You will be well presented, organised, enthusiastic and motivated. You will be an experienced, tenacious and dynamic individual with a proven business development background. You must be a team player and multi‐tasker, with the ability to manage a diverse range of clients and projects whilst maintaining an excellent level of customer service. Experience of SaaS based sales or knowledge of the property sector would be highly beneficial; however they are open to applications from dynamic individuals from all backgrounds looking for a move into property technology / PropTech sector.

Package:
• Basic Salary of £22-30K p.a. (OTE up to £40-50K p.a., uncapped) subject to experience and skills
• 25 days annual leave
