An opportunity has arisen for an exceptional individual to work with the Sales Director and Business Development Manager due to sustained growth of the company. They are seeking a dynamic and experienced business development junior to assist in filtering enquiries, organising the team admin, progressing deals and developing relationships that can grow the business to a £250m turnover by end of 2019.

The business itself is a successful JV and lending business, focused on multi-unit residential property projects across England, Wales and Scotland. They currently have 1,100 units in development across the country, and look to keep growing this by identifying relevant deals and partners.

Role Responsibilities:
- Filter incoming enquiries generated by marketing, quickly and efficiently identifying strong potentials and dismissing (but recording) enquiries that are not appropriate for
the funding solutions they have, and then pass these go to the appropriate business development contact.
- Take detailed messages for the sales team, and wider office as required
- Organise meetings and the team’s diaries as required
- Re-contact and develop relationships with past clients and ensure they are in their mind for future opportunities by maintaining a consistent follow up process
- Carry put preliminary due diligence and research on potential schemes and producing investment presentations for the Business development manager.
- Run and evaluate development appraisals.
- Learn the market sector and keep updated on competitor movement and promotions, in order to ensure our position is the market is strong
- Attend networking events, industry events, conferences and meetings as appropriate to ensure their brand and products are known and understood
