This company is looking for a Business Lead to help them build our business development capability. They are looking for someone to build new relationships, nurture existing ones and take the reigns in creating their business development strategy.

REQUIREMENTS
They are looking for someone who:
- Cares deeply and is passionate about design, technology and the product design industry. You are likely involved already in some way.
- Loves meeting new people and understanding what makes them and their business tick.
- Is a great communicator who speaks and writes well.
- Is a business case extraordinaire – helping clients understand what value can be gained, in addition to modeling out how they will expect to see a return on their investment.
- Is empathic and prides herself/himself on her/his emotional intelligence.
Here's how you'll support them:
- Generate leads / sales of their products and services.
- Proactively engage with prospective clients and nurturing new relationships.
- Engage the business in understanding what the customer wants.
- Educate the studio as to how they can support business development.
Commission
The position is a base salaried role with earnings also offered through commission. In the first year, we would expect the new Business Lead to earn around £35,000 OTE. Earnings are unlimited, but as this is a new position it will be built over time.
