The Business Apprentice opportunity will allow candidates to learn and develop a successful career within an established, supportive, and welcoming company. For the past 2 years they have run a very successful apprentice programme as they recognise there are many talented young people who for many reasons may not wish to enter further education.
The positions will be based at their headquarters in Congleton, and their outstanding apprenticeship programme offers students the chance to gain a thorough insight into a successful business, spending time working within each of the company’s departments and working with their 300 professionals including Land Buyers, Project Managers, Lawyers, Researchers, Accountants and Planners. After an 18-month rotation period, the successful apprentices will then work with their mentor to select a career path based on their skills and passion.
What key qualities and skills will I need for the role?
- Minimum of two A Levels at grade C or above (gained or expected in summer 2019)
- Proactive approach with a passion to learn and develop

The position is full time (40 hours per week) Monday to Friday, with a starting salary of £18,000 per annum.
