This company is formed of 3 brands that specialise in the area of bio-identical hormones, working with both patients and prescribers.

Under the leadership of their Chairman and working closely with their Marketing Director, an ambitious growth plan has been developed to diversify their product range, enter new markets and build further strategic alliances. They are seeking to appoint an ambitious individual to join their expanding team as they drive company growth.

The role
The Business and New Product Development Manager will be instrumental in contributing to the growth of new product through identifying new business opportunities. The successful individual will pursue new avenues for product innovation and product diversification. The role will focus on maximising existing product opportunities through generating new routes to market.

They already have a range of the highest quality compounded pharmaceutical products. The business development lead will support innovation of new products by identifying new marketing opportunities. The role will interface with both B2B and B2C.

Experience
- Five to seven years track record of delivering revenue growth with pharmaceutical products or specialist compound sales.
- Demonstrable experience of understanding market trends and customer purchase drivers
- Demonstrable experience of meeting revenue growth targets
- Demonstrable entrepreneurial mindset.

Skills
- Skilled in the use of sales methodologies, such as SPIN, NEAT, Sandler, Miller-Heimann or equivalent
- Expert knowledge of pharmacy regulations and laws governing the use of medicines
- Trained in compounding pharmacy
- Excellent facilitating and chairing of meetings to produce productive decision-making.
- Ability to plan and execute revenue growth activities
- Ability to work as part of a small, professional team
