You will take part in a comprehensive 12-month apprenticeship designed to cover all of their commercial and marketing departments, where you will gain hands-on experience and a broad insight into a potential commercial or marketing career within the business.

During your apprenticeship, you will attend the company training centre in Hereford one day per month to achieve your NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration and you will receive monthly workplace visits from the monitoring officer.

Example duties:
- Using email, website software, Microsoft Office applications and database and company-specific programmes
- Providing administrative support such as creating business documents, administering records
- Organising business travel and accommodation
- Participating in project work
- Market research including business data
- Developing and delivering presentations

YOUR PROFILE:
To be considered for this opportunity you will need to be reliable, conscientious and eager to learn. Educated to GCSE/A-Level standard or equivalent, you will be numerate and literate with good communication skills and be able to demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office. The successful candidate will have a first-rate attitude towards their work and show a willingness to grow and progress within the company.

Please note, at this stage, we are unable to accept applications from candidates already educated to degree level (level 6) or who already process a Level 3 Diploma in Business & Administration.

Towards the end of your apprenticeship, they will discuss potential further career and development opportunities with you with a view to permanent employment.
