This company is an award-winning real-time customer engagement platform. They require an experienced Business Analyst to oversee the planning, management and delivery of projects. The right Business Analyst will be business oriented and client facing and used to working across 2-3 technical projects at any one time.

The platform is used by many organisations across multiple industries. In this role you will work closely with new and existing clients, the operations and Product team to: -
- Understand and detail client requirements and how they can be delivered on the platform
- Complete user acceptance documents and obtain sign-off with clients
- Act as a liaison between clients and the ops/produce team for: -
o New features
o Integration
o Onboarding

As a Business Analyst you will: -
- Generate detailed user stories, test strategy, implementation and hand over plans
- Create project delivery plans, take ownership and lead the projects through to completion
- Work along-side other teams within the business to ensure design and testing plans are fully scoped
- Track assigned projects to ensure delivery on time
- Assist the developers with business questions and ensure that the development effort is aligned to meet the business and client needs.
- Lead and facilitate meetings and workshops to ensure that all stakeholders’ needs are captured and recorded.
- Collect, analyse and document business, functional and data requirements from stakeholders and define strong acceptance criteria.
- Collect, document and maintain 'As Is’ and 'To Be’ business processes.
- Document solution deliverables within a Functional Specification documentation.
- Work with all members of IT and 3rd parties to define the most effective and efficient technical solutions to deliver effective and efficient business solutions which meet the business requirements.

Requirements

- You will have experience of working as a Business Analyst within an IT environment.
- Previous experience of writing Functional & Technical specifications.
- Previous experience of workshop facilitation and presenting to an audience.
- Experience of multiple projects and business users
- Experience of working in demanding user and software development environments
- Strong client facing skills
