This company is a specialist provider of investment planning and wealth management services. Though a small team, they are part of a major FTSE 100 Partnership. More importantly, they are growing steadily – and now looking for additional support to join their ambitious journey.

The role offers much variety – with you providing administration support on a day-to-day basis – whilst all the time learning as you go. There will be preparing of files, helping arrange meetings, obtaining quotations, handling calls with experienced professionals - and crucially - producing highly accurate (and often complex) documents to the highest standards. As such we’ll need you to be highly articulate in your written English – as well as competent with MS Office including Word, Outlook & ideally Excel. It will also be busy – so good organisational skills are a must.

They are looking for a bright personality, who enjoys contributing as part of a team and is looking to learn and progress in the longer term – including financial services qualifications in time. Some experience in a similar environment would be helpful.
