They have two opportunities arise within the surveying team for Building Surveyors, on a fixed term contract until 31st March 2018.
As a Surveyor you will be responsible for providing an effective high quality repairs service within demanding timescales, as part of a busy team. You will liaise with our tenants, residents and contractors, to plan, schedule, implement and monitor maintenance services repairs and associated costs to residential properties
You will have responsibility for pre and post inspection of tenanted and void properties to monitor repairs. A high level of communication skills and commercial awareness are necessary to be successful in this role.
You must have a full driving licence as access to a car is required for travel on a daily basis.
The ability to record information accurately is necessary and the use of a variety of IT systems will be a part for your daily administrative duties.
Experience & knowledge of domestic building maintenance and CDM regulations would be required to satisfactorily undertake this role.
