As they grow the business, they're looking for experienced Broker Relationship Leads who can help get the brand, product and experience to those who they can make the most difference to and support their growth and projections.

The role
Broker relationship leads act as “the connectors" between the business and business loan brokers to ensure they do the best to meet the brokers and customer’s needs, in their offering of a fast, slick service. Their team of Brokers are the front line of generating leads to this business.

Your mission will be to:
- Onboard new brokers and be their point of contact through generating new business and leads
- Be the bridge between the brokers and the business in helping the brokers to understand their product offering and ensure, they act as “their first line of sales” to end users
- Responsible for working with brokers to create new business and manage the pipeline of new leads
- Be actively involved in improving the work flow, through developments to their systems and processes
- Communicate effectively with their brokers and underwriters to ensure customer needs are met at all times
- Work closely with the Tech and Analytics team to improve systems and business process management

Requirements
To be successful you will be smart, outgoing, motivated and driven to improve. Ideally, you’ll have:
- Experience in account management and relationships, preferably business to business.
- Astute business acumen and a working understanding of what makes a good business broker great
- A strong understanding of how businesses operate, and what’s needed to ensure application packs are completed accurately for the underwriting team
- A positive mindset with a practical approach to problem solving and business development
- A confident and enthusiastic attitude and the ability to adapt to a regularly changing and fast paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- The ability to come up with innovative and scalable solutions to day-to-day problems.
