As a very well-established Access company with an extensive client base throughout London and the UK.
The company is looking for a hardworking, self-motivated experienced Bookkeeper to join the existing finance team.
Education:
AAT level 4 or Equivalent
Experience:
Minimum 2 years experience as a Bookkeeper
Job Role:
- Processing and daily control of Sales ledger ensuring prompt payments are received from customers
- Regularly review and evaluate Debtors
- Compiling and submission of VAT returns
- Daily reconciliation of the bank
- Liaising with clients in relation to invoices and queries
- Budget preparation and monitoring financial performance
- Processing and compiling of year end reports for review by external accountant
Software requirements:
- Proficient in use of Sage Line 50 Accounts
- Microsoft office including excel, outlook, word
Candidate:
- Self driven, methodical and highly organised
- Good interpersonal skills
Job Type: Permanent – Full time
Salary: Circa £30,000.00 per annum
