This is an opportunity for a Bookkeeper/Finance Manager to join a fast growing brand within the luxury lifestyle, events and travel industry. With offices in the U.K and in Asia, work with some of the worlds wealthiest individuals and most exciting corporations. They are looking for an immediate start and for some to grow with the business.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day accounting operations using Sage 50, including creating management accounts.
Capable of providing advice about how to improve processes and procedures to better manage the business overall.
- Maintaining credit control
- Processing invoices
- Ensuring daily bank reconciliation in a multi-currency environment.
- Producing cash forecasts, maintaining credit control, managing staff expenses, fuel cards etc….
- Managing supplier payments.
- Data analysis and ad-hoc reporting across the business, a working knowledge of Excel is essential.
- Able to liaise with external accountants.
Skills and Experience:
- Must have a full understanding and fully competent using Sage, with a minimum of 2yrs experience.
- Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Good proficiency with using a computer especially with Excel.
- Solid analytical skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Must be confident, assertive but still find the polite balance when dealing with difficult customers especially when chasing payments.
- Can multi-task.
- Reporting to the Office Manager.
£30,000-£40,000 + potential for annual performance bonus + on site gym and swimming pool.
