A full time Bookkeeper / Software Support is required to join a modern, technology focused accounting and software company. This company has been in business for 11 years and since that time has recruited a client base of more than 8,000. They employ around 50 members of staff and have developed various software products including cloud accounting software.
A full time, permanent Bookkeeper is required to join their Wirral office. Some of the duties include:
- Bookkeeping for their clients on various systems including Pandle, Xero, Sage, Excel
- VAT returns, some EC Sales lists and VAT MOSS returns
- Periodically reviewing client’s records in Pandle to ensure they are accurate for the accountants
- Helping clients switch from their previous bookkeeping system to Pandle
- Pandle training sessions for new clients who request this service
- Contribution to Pandle support over email, live chat and telephone
The candidate should be good at managing their work load and must ensure high quality work is produced at all times. The candidate should also be reliable, a good decision maker, productive and highly organised with a common sense approach to his/her work.
A good level of competency with technology is especially important, as the role will involve the use of the majority of accounting software products on the market.
The candidate must have at least 2 years’ experience on bookkeeping and preferably an industry qualification
