This provider of tax accountancy services and advice is looking to recruit a Bookkeeper / Accounts Assistant.

The ideal candidate will be well organised. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the day to day bookkeeping using Quickbooks software, processing payroll Moneysoft / Brightpay, and processing VAT returns.

They should be able to show initiative when dealing with client records and be able to work on their own accord.

The role offers flexible working conditions for the right candidate on a part-time/ full time basis.

Responsibilities
- Deal with client VAT queries
- Keep up to date with industry changes e.g. Auto Enrolment and VAT FRS
- Ensure timely processing of payroll

Qualifications
- AAT Qualified or QBE
- 2+ years of experience in related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and QuickBooks
- Strong organisational and analytical skills Detail oriented
