An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, competent Financial Controller to join their friendly team. Based in Greater London TW12, they are looking for someone with enthusiasm and experience of working in a demanding role who can hit the ground running.

As Retail Interior Specialists, they create and install high-end interiors for some of Europe’s leading brands; Providing full turnkey solutions as Main Contractor on luxury retail developments, architectural and commercial projects.
The Position
The successful candidate will report to the Director of Finance, you will be hands-on in running all financial processes applying a high level of accuracy to all areas of your work which include the following:
- Cash flow management including purchase ledger, sales ledger, credit control & banking systems
- Assistance in the production of management information
- Perform bank and monthly reconciliations
- Produce VAT returns and P11d information
- To process/oversee a monthly payroll alongside our dedicated Payroll & Pensions consultants
- To process/oversee Subcontractors/CIS contributions
- The responsibility of creditors and debtors ledger
- To communicate and coordinate workflow where required to ensure a smooth running Accounts function
- To review finance procedures implementing systems and controls to help the business
- To monitor costs and report on variance to budget
- Other ad-hoc financial responsibilities
Experience and qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of financial experience within a Senior role and exposure to a wide variety of finance functions including managing cash flow, payroll.
- Must have relevant accountancy software experience ideally Sage Line 50
- Be used to meeting strict internal and external deadlines
- Experience of working within a team is essential
- Expert Excel skills
- Online banking experience (Barclays.net)
- Used to working in pressurised situations whilst remaining calm with a positive outlook
Location: Greater London, Hampton TW12.
Job Type: Mon – Fri / 30hrs per week (Hours by arrangement)
Salary: Dependent on experience
