The purpose of this role is to work alongside the Design / Customer Orders Team, learning how to provide exceptional communication and service levels via prompt and accurate execution of customer orders whilst carrying out general administration tasks.

Some of the duties this role will entail are;
1. Create and enter bills of materials.
2. Ability to prioritise workload and engage in capacity planning.
3. Assist the Customer Orders Administrator in their daily duties.
4. Be a team player and quickly become an integral part of the Customer Orders team.
5. Work with an internal and external supplier base to ensure deliveries are on time for all customer orders.
6. Participate in project work.
7. Occasionally attend on site meetings.
8. Raise work orders and manage stock codes.
9. Engage in the use of internal computerised systems.
