One of the South East's leading motor retailers has a vacancy for a part time Bodyshop Administrator at their award winning Toyota retailer in Medway.
The successful applicant must be of smart appearance, articulate and have good communication skills to be effective in this job-share role.
Duties will include all aspects of Bodyshop administration, including:
- Liaising with customers by phone and in person
- Liaising with insurance companies and their representatives
- Booking customers vehicles in for repair
- Arranging collection/delivery of vehicles
- Arranging estimates for smart repairs
- Update customers with repair status
- Checking in/out customers and courtesy vehicles
Excellent organisation skills, flexibility and a willingness to tackle new tasks are essential as well as a competent level of computer literacy.
Previous motor trade experience would be an advantage although not essential.
The hours of work are Monday to Friday 2.00pm to 6.00pm plus alternate Saturdays 8.30am to 12.30pm with the flexibility to cover absences for the morning administrator.
