This company delivers managed White Glove Event Conferencing and Call Services to major organisations across the globe. Now in their tenth year, they continue to grow and introduce new services for their clients.

The Role
In this important and varied role, you will be responsible for:
- Producing customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner by downloading and processing data from multiple online sources
- Safeguarding the company’s cashflow by ensuring invoices are paid within agreed terms and conditions; and applying robust debtor management procedures when necessary
- Professionally and courteously handling any invoicing queries from customers
- Analysing customer spend, trends and usage; and preparing management reports as required through data interrogation and display
- Preparing management reports on company-wide data
- Maintaining accurate and secure records of customer data and payment information
- Adhering to all Information Security and Data Protection requirements
- Taking credit card payments from customers as necessary
- Assisting the Service Team with customer bookings, general enquires and connecting customers into their conference calls
Previous experience of the conferencing industry is not a pre-requisite, but you will possess:
- Excellent listening and customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good analytical skills with the ability to structure and present data in professional and meaningful ways
- Attention to detail
- Excellent team-working and interpersonal skills
- A willingness to learn and develop and seek continuous improvement
- Expertise in Microsoft products; advanced Excel is a requirement; experience in PowerBi would be useful but is not essential

- Conferencing and Events is not a 9-5 industry, the company needs to respond to customer demands and so you’ll need to work shifts to cover the global aspects of their client base. Shifts typically range between 7am to 7pm, you’ll work a 35-hour week within these hours. They understand the importance of work life balance, so you’ll get any extras hours worked as time back.
