This brand management company helps beauty businesses grow and achieve their full potential.  As a key representative, you will prioritise and manage your time and workload with a flexibility to suit each client and store environment. 

You will drive each retail business through monthly targets, providing key Sales & Brand Training and delivery and developing brand awareness, alongside an ability to problem solve by adapting solutions to new situations requiring reasoning and interpretation.  

Responsibilities:

- To lead and manage the brands and the team to ensure the smooth and effective administration of National Account Manager, providing all weekly sales analysis for each brand to the required reporting levels
- You will play a vital role in ensuring that the day-to-day operations of a business run smoothly for the company and the brands within the portfolio
- You are responsible for ensuring that effective methods are put into place so that the company of employment runs to its maximum productivity for their teams and for the brands where required
- To ensure all retail targets are set and met, ensuring these are co-ordinated with the National Account Manager and in line with the brand strategy and agreed goals
- Ensure all marketing, new product and launch processes where appropriate are accurately mapped & understood by the team and store management team to ensure all opportunities are maximised
- To drive sales performance across niche brands within varied environments achieving sales targets and customer loyalty
- To create and maintain retail standards and demonstrates excellent attention to detail for any brand that you are representing including the company
- To build brand awareness across all areas of the brands in all environments
- To build Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and concession partners
- Plan and execute monthly in store events to drive retail sales in flagship stores. In line with the brands marketing program supported by the National Account Manager

Skills & Experience:

- Must have beauty sales and training experience and be able to demonstrate this.
- Be able to work under pressure and adaptable.
- Meet and exceed targets/KPI's.
- Have good communication skills

This position is a part time role, working 20 hours per week over 3 days.
