The bar is a central point of the Club and somewhere they want their members to meet and relax, either before or after a game of golf.
They are seeking a Bar Manager for their Golf Club House. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about hospitality, excellence, customer service and the world of Food & Beverage.
Reporting to the House Manager, this role is ‘at the heart of confident service and all things golf'.
This role will oversee the day to day bar operations of the Club House and will be responsible for the care of their Members and their guests.
You will organise the operation, plan effectively, train their outstanding team and manage the bar to achieve all its targets in sales, costs, employee retention, members and guest service and satisfaction, quality and general Housekeeping.

- Are you positive, outgoing with an interest in Golf?
- Do you have previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, golf club or similar hospitality venue?
- Do you have the very best customer service skills, an eye for detail with the ability to use your own initiative?
Previous experience of Food & Beverage & Hospitality operations is essential and a personal alcohol license, hygiene certificate and first aid certificate, would be advantageous.
Please note due to location own transport is essential.

Salary circa £25k - negotiable depending on experience
