This company is looking to recruit a Bar Manager to take ownership of the running of their cocktail bar, to work along side the Events Manager and existing team leaders to drive the venue forward.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Manager to join a growing independent company, the ideal candidate posses:
- A minimum of 2 years management experience.
- Excellent knowledge of stock control.
- A good understanding of payroll and experience working within budgets.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Uncompromising drive for high service standards and customer interaction.
- Business focus – ability to generate additional revenue by maximising opportunities and actively promoting the
business to develop a significant competitive advantage.
- Ability to make decisions, use own initiative and take responsibility.
- Self-motivated with the ability to demonstrate passion and energy, and to thrive under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to win over & understand your team and
customers
- Proven organisational, time management and planning skills.
- Ability to work to and comply with relevant legislative requirements including licensing laws, health and safety,
hygiene, employee relations.
- Personal License holder.
