To aid this objective they have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Production Supervisor/Manager
Main responsibilities include
- Supervising the work of all factory operatives
- To provide motivation, support, and guidance to all employees
- Set High standards through personal performance
- To oversee production processes
- To ensure Health and Safety regulations are met
- To ensure that sufficient material supplies are available to satisfy the production programme
- To carry out weekly stock take activity and report any shortages
- To manage and evaluate machine resources to ensure productivity and minimal downtime
- Strive to reduce expenses and increase productivity across all product lines
- To maintain the highest quality standards by following all procedures in the quality manual (eg. H.A.C.C.P systems)
- To oversee that satisfactory hygiene standards are being enforced in a “Clean As You Go” policy
Basic Salary and overtime may be required
