We are actively recruiting our first B2B Telesales executive to join our small office in Leatherhead with a fun work environment.
You will be the first person undertaking this job in this company so you can make it into a role that works to your strengths and have a real opportunity to grow with the business and be a part of the growth success. The role is to target HR Managers to offer free trials on our employee screening software and to arrange appointments for the Directors to meet the HR managers of those companies.
- Making outbound calls and engaging new customers
- Closing sales
- Supporting the directorship team to hit monthly sales targets
- Follow up prospects who have been given quotes
- Updating database and spreadsheets
As a Telesales Executive, you will often be the first point of contact in sales cycle. For this reason, we are looking for candidates with the following abilities:
- Previous experience with ideally at least 1 year working in a Telesales role
- We will provide lists of potential leads for you to cold calling
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Motivated and Target driven to achieve sales targets
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Confident in a B2B environment
- Resilience and experience in overcoming objections
Salary"
- Basic salary of £18,000
- OTE uncapped and can achieve £35,000
- Small bonus also given for setting up qualified appointments
