Basic Salary: £18000 - £25000 basic negotiable upon experience.
OTE: £45000.00
UNCAPPED COMMISSIONS

This local family run business has been established for over 30 years and is unique in supplying the most advanced paging systems and mobile solutions there is. They are a fast moving business who are looking to build their welcoming and friendly close nit team at their spacious modern office in Stoke-On-Trent.

They are currently looking to recruit ambitious and highly motivated talent to join their Sales Team, calling into new customers with some warm leads provided. You will also be required to hunt out new business by using your own initiative. Once clients are obtained then you will need to look after them and account manage them. If you are seeking an opportunity to develop a successful career as well as earn fantastic commissions along the way, then this is for you!

They need reward driven, sales people with an exceptional track record of sales, experience in the Communications industry is an advantage however not essential. There is great opportunities for the right person with proven sales experience and abilities.

Experience in this field is not necessary, training will be provided on the product , however sales experience in B2B is essential.

The product is a unique communication product with very little competition in the UK.

Main Duties:
- Account management
- Increasing revenue
- Generate sales leads.
- Outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Resolving inbound queries from existing customers via phone and email when required.
- General duties
- Prepare Sales proposals.

You will need to demonstrate:
- Ability to work under pressure and meet Sales targets.
- Excellent Telephone skills with an outgoing bubbly telephone manner
- B2B Sales experience
- Ability to work under own initiative as well as part of a team.
- Good communication, listening and superb closing skills.
- Pipeline management
- Ability to get on with all walks of life
- A sales position in Hospitality would be a huge advantage
