We are an expanding and award winning technology business with a unique offering that has, in just over eight years, we have gone from a pure technology start up to a market leading position as one of the UK's leading Online Recruitment Advertising Companies and Media Buyers.

We have achieved this by recruiting fully employed and supported, but remotely based, experienced Sales Professionals - today, the majority of our workforce is based remotely. This is a great opportunity to come and share the success of our business, whilst simultaneously removing commuting from your working day.

We offer competitive basic salaries of between £18,000 and £25,000 - to repeat that's a basic, not an OTE. On top of this we offer a fantastic clear commission structure which is completely uncapped, with a realistic and achievable first year OTE of between £30k-£40k.

As our sales process is very short you will spend your day sourcing new business leads and selling to businesses across the UK via the telephone without being restricted to a specific territory or sector. You will also retain ownership of any accounts you win and earn commission on these moving forward, allowing you to forge lasting business relationships. Our unique solution generates significant repeat business, largely due to our continued desire to provide the very best service to our customers.

Although we do not require any particular industry experience, as full and comprehensive training will be provided to the successful candidate, we do require the following skills;

- A great speaking voice to communicate well with our business customers
- Recent business to business (B2B) Sales experience is essential
- A willingness to learn
- Money motivation
- Experience selling online advertising, recruitment solutions or a media sales background would be highly desired although not essential

Being highly money motivated is not incompatible with selling ethically and professionally! You must have an honest and sincere work ethic, and demonstrable integrity in your past Sales track record. We always take up full past work references on anyone we make a Job Offer to.

As a practical requirement, you will need an area to work at home without distractions, and a good internet connection - we will sort out the rest!

Finally, experience teaches us that this role is NOT suitable for Sales people who thrive in Field Sales or a lengthy Consultative approach, nor will it suit those who need the social environment of a physical office base.
