This is an opportunity for a highly motivated Project Manager to join an award-winning company and manage multiple high-value projects in prime and super prime residential properties in London. You will be overseeing, directing and being the point of contact for a portfolio of projects from conception to completion, delivering on-time and to budget whilst optimising quality with minimum supervision. This will include undertaking some installation work.
Any candidates who apply must have had experience with project management of residential AV projects.
Responsibilities include delivering the project within the authorised budget, optimising cost and quality parameters throughout the life of the project and working directly with the client to understand their vision. You will be required to prepare tender documents, quotations, external reports pertaining to job status and valuations and be competent in the production of risk assessments and method statements, taking responsibility for H&S on site.
Supporting our portfolio, products and services by carrying out installations, repairs, diagnostic tests, preventative service check / updates, and scheduled maintenance to meet customer expectations is also required.

- Installation of Projectors, TV installations, Interactive boards and other AV solutions
- Audio Visual Racking systems
- Home Cinema system set up & calibration
- Hold a full, clean driving license (valid to drive in the UK)
