You must have a good command of AUTOCAD. Other packages of software may be an advantage, but AUTOCAD is their primary tool. They are interested in 2D and 3D, but if you have a good knowledge of basic engineering manufacturing then 2D is good enough.
They would ideally like to find a person who is local to us, as they are very keen to promote a healthy work/life balance. Ideally this person(s) would become a permanent member of their team, but they are also open to contract appointments if the right skills are developed

They are not particularly concerned with degrees or paperwork, but more in how you approach design challenges and your attitude to work.
