Salary: £18,720 + Bonus + Staff Discount

They are looking to hire an experienced Supervisor/Assistant Manager to join their popular and busy store in Perth.

Ideally you will have previous retail and face-to-face sales experience, and will display high levels of customer service, and an ability to work well within a team. As well as having previous experience of working in a management or supervisory role.

Key Responsibilities will include:

- Deliver great face-to-face customer service
- Work towards, and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Ensure stock levels are maintained and monitored
- Motivate, mentor, and develop your team
- Develop branch sales
- Drive in-store business
- Deliver regular reports to area managers
- Utilise your good IT skills and experience using -Microsoft Office, emails and electronic tills
- Direct sales experience is preferred but full and ongoing training will be provided.

They will arrange for successful candidates to attend their in-house training programme prior to starting in store. They have an internal training facility at our head office in Edinburgh, Scotland.

Applicants must be available to attend this training course in Edinburgh for 8 days across 2 weeks.
