Assistant Restaurant Manager
16,000 – 18,000

Forming part of a team delivering service for North East Wales’ leading restaurant, joining their warm and friendly management team at an exciting time. As an Assistant Bar & Restaurant Manager, you are responsible for working in all areas of Food and Beverage as needed to deliver an excellent customer experience, you would also be required to take and deliver customer orders, and work to achieve departmental targets.

Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Able to work in all areas of Food & Beverage, primarily Bar & Restaurant
- Take and deliver customer orders, consistently demonstrating high levels of customer service
- Prepare set ups for tables and/or rooms
- Follow cash handling procedures
- Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner (through online booking systems, social media and over the phone)
- Placing and recording of orders
- Up-sell with latest departmental incentives
- Ensure compliance of brand standards
- Strive to achieve departmental targets
- Comply with local licensing laws
- Be environmentally aware
- Assist the General manager to manage the staff and restaurant in a way that is guest focused and guest lead, delivering the highest standard of service at all times
- Acting as general manager is the GM’s absence
