A property investment and development company seeks a dynamic applicant with a minimum of 2 years construction project management experience in the workplace, to support their Development Manager.
All projects are based in South / South-West London and will provide the successful applicant a good introduction to all aspects of property development; from Feasibility and Acquisition, through to Construction and Re-sale.
The company is involved in projects across a wide spectrum of planning uses, with build costs ranging from £50,000 to £8m. This variety along with the small size of the company, will expose the successful candidate to a rare opportunity to experience and play an important role in the undertaking of these projects.
Potential candidates should;
Have completed a university degree or equivalent qualification, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, be pro-active, have a positive hands-on attitude, be flexible, be a hard worker and hold a current full UK driving licence.
