This is an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Manager to join this small chain who are opening a new restaurant in Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire.

About the restaurant:

They offer a home-from-home environment for all their guests. As well as their bespoke approach to what great service is, they also offer delicious, fresh, clean and healthy food which is all cooked to order using fabulous ingredients every time.

Their teams are the most important element of their business and they believe that when you join, you join their family. They think like a big company by being innovative in their approaches to people and food but act like a caring, individualistic small company.

They are absolutely passionate about hospitality and what this means to them; it means that their guests can use their spaces to eat, drink, work, meet friends, celebrate and socialise and they will accommodate them and make them feel welcome every time.

All their restaurants are run as unique, local businesses and they aim to keep each feeling fresh and individual through their teams' personalities and warmth and the great service that they offer.

About you:

You will be passionate and excited by giving great hospitality; you must genuinely enjoy building relationships with both your colleagues and guests.

As the Assistant Manager in a busy restaurant, you will have experience and be comfortable running shifts on your own, with limited guidance or supervision, using your skills and initiative.

You will have an ability to contribute to the creation of a great working environment, where development, training and communication are all clearly evident.

You will work well as part of a team - they don't believe in front and back of house divides and all work together to achieve their great offer of hospitality.

You will be able to work well under pressure, making decisions with little guidance and managing the team whilst doing this in the General Manager's absence.

Some experience at supervisor level or above is necessary, but as long as you have a great attitude, they are happy to teach you the rest!

Above all, you must have a passion and drive for success. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person to really develop their career and to have an opportunity to be a part of this dynamic, fun organisation.
