This local country pub is looking for an enthusiastic experienced Chef to join their team in the picturesque town of Oundle.
The role will be primarily to support their Head Chef in the smooth running of the Kitchen, ensuring that it runs smoothly, efficiently & effectively
Duties would include:
- Manage and preparation of food
- help plan menus and functions
- to supervise all kitchen and waiting staff
- to help manage the cost of the kitchen including stock control, ordering food and identifying and liaising with suppliers
