Working as part of a small, tight knit team, you'll be a graduate with energy and enthusiasm to get your hands dirty in day-to-day digital media production. You'll be willing to learn and develop yourself and have an aptitude to pick up industry standard software and tools and use them effectively.

You'll have excellent copywriting skills, know your way around Plain English practice and common-sense language for online/digital reading. You’ll be diligent and conscientious, with a keen eye for detail and able to follow and keep to a brief, as well as make suggestions for improvements.

In turn, you'll get nurtured and supported in the creative and digital media/online learning sector and work on a range of innovative and informative projects for well-known brands and businesses.

Main duties
Learning design and media content management
- Support company producers and external partners in implementing the learning design of projects, working closely with content writers, designers, developers and subject matter experts.
- Edit copy and media content, implementing interactive learning solutions, to a brief.
- Storyboard/structure digital content, following learning design principles and templates.
- Select or define appropriate graphic or media assets to support copy.
Project and production management
- Support producers in the delivery of multiple digital media projects.
- Complete project activities within given scope, quality targets and deadlines.
- Attend meetings (external and internal) and ensure actions are documented/reported.
- Liaise with producers on internal and external production schedules and resourcing.
- Contribute to the trialling and testing of projects throughout their development.
Digital marketing activity
- Copywrite project summaries for marketing collateral, working with producers.
- Coordinate and proofread blog posts, sales presentations and proposals.
- Co-ordinate and update the content for their website & LinkedIn profile.
- Assist in the research of target sectors and prospective clients.

Essential skills and attributes
- Excellent written communication skills (proofing, editing and good grammar).
- Computer literate in Office 365.
- Ability to organise own workload as part of a team production.
- Ability to work under pressure and stick to deadlines.
- Friendly and confident – able to communicate well with the production team and external partners.
- Flexibility to respond to project demands.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
- Capability to deal calmly with any difficulties.

Preferable skills and attributes
- An understanding/appreciation of good and bad e-learning.
- Experience of working with media tools (Adobe Creative Suite) or e-learning authoring tools. (Storyline, Evolve)
- Experience of online marketing and/or online, desk-based research.
- Familiarity with Dropbox/cloud storage
