You will be joining a modern care home with modern kitchen in Portishead near Bristol.
Job requirements:
- To provide good quality food ensuring dietary needs are met and budget guidelines are adhered to.
- To maintain a clean, hygienic and safe working environment at all times.
- To supervise and support staff and assist in their development.
- To deputise for the chef as required to cover annual leave and other periods of absence.
