Property Management Company based in Oxford Circus is looking for an accounts assistant to their Client Account Manager to be solely responsible for the purchase ledger.

Duties will include the following:

- Entering invoices onto Riverlake software (training will be given)
- Entering payment details and allocating against invoices
- Resolving all invoice and/or credit note queries or errors
- Contacting on-site staff to obtain utility meter readings and submitting to utility suppliers
- Checking all utility invoices for correct contract rates and renewal dates
- Liaising with Utility Broker regarding contract renewals
- Timely maintenance of filing systems.
- Bank reconciliation.
- Service charge reconciliation.

Experience of working within a property company is essential.
Good command of English and confident telephone manner are a must.

Initial 3 months contract with an option to become permanent for the right candidate.
