The company, who are a nationwide student accommodation provider, are seeking an enthusiastic and confident Assistant Accommodation Manager for their accommodation building based in Chester.

Working with the Accommodation Manager, the chosen candidate will be involved with a wide range of tasks including student lettings, local marketing and property management.

This is an ideal role for a recent graduate or a confident individual looking to pursue a career in the property sector.

Your Responsibilities Would Include:
- To assist the Accommodation Manager to ensure full occupancy levels for the building each academic year.
- To provide a high standard of customer service to tenants, customers and external partners.
- To ensure the building’s appearance is to the highest of standards.
- To maintain and develop excellent relations with our tenants, customers and external partners.
- To assist the Accommodation Manager with financial procedures and debt recovery procedures.
- To assist the Accommodation Manager in overseeing tenant and building maintenance.
- To assist the Accommodation Manager with the recruitment, training and ongoing management of the student representative team.
- To work alongside the student representative team to hold social activities for the tenants of the building.
- To assist the Accommodation Manager with routine room inspections.
- To promote and contribute to the company culture.
- Although predominantly based in Chester, weekly visits to Liverpool may be required to assist the Accommodation Manager with the management of our Liverpool student accommodation building.

- Experience in the student sector is desirable but not required

- Excellent administrative skills
- Due to the nature of the role, it may on occasions be necessary to work flexible hours, especially over the busy summer period.
