The post holder will contribute to the pilot by delivering an effective and high quality person-centred coaching service to DHT residents in Derby, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and East Staffordshire. The key focus is to coach 50 individuals per year concentrating on their strengths, assets and aspirations so that they move away from homelessness and towards meaningful independent living.

They are looking for a dynamic individual who is passionate about social justice and embraces diversity. You will have a strong sense of your own identity, self care and emotional well being. You will excel at working with others towards a common goal and believe that people have the right to thrive within their own community.
