Due to a recent acquisition, this company is looking for someone to drive their UK growth plans within the Gas Utility market. They have over 50 years’ experience in providing measurement solutions, their customers think of them as their measurement partner for all of their flow, pressure, temperature and level needs.
For Gas Utility customers, they supply a range of fiscal gas meters, whilst also providing meter refurbishment and calibration services within their fiscally accredited calibration facility (one of only three in the UK).
This is a key role which will report directly to the directors. You'll be driving sales within the gas utility market, building really good customer relationships, seeking out projects and winning business. They need someone to help shape the future of their company, therefore, this is a huge opportunity is for the right person.
The ideal person is someone:
- with the right personality who can leave a lasting impression with their customers.
- who can demonstrate their ‘commitment’ to grow market share.
- with an expert knowledge of the Gas utility market.
- experienced in providing engineering measurement and/or instrumentation solutions.
- who has a track record in providing technical support to the Gas utility market.
- with an Electrical, Mechanical or Instrumentation qualification.
- is outgoing and ambitious.
- experience in building relationships and sales in an engineering environment.
Guide £50-60k plus bonus, car and benefits such as perkbox and westfield health.
This is a home based role but time will be spent at their facilities in England and Scotland. Ideally Midlands based.
