This fast growing Central London commercial cleaning company is looking for an experienced Area Manager to ensure that their high service standards are delivered.
Responsible for managing a team of supervisors and cleaning operatives; reporting directly to the Account Manager.
You will spend approximately 60% of your time visiting contracts and 40% of your time at their head office.
The Role
- To ensure their service delivers a positive customer experience
- Build strong relationships with on-site managers
- Train, support and mentor your team
- Support the Account Manager to ensure that all customer complaints are resolved efficiently, effectively and consistently, maximizing customer satisfaction.
- Make sure company procedures are adhered to at all times
- Attend appropriate industry network and training events
The Person
- Experience in providing high standards of service and performance
- Ability to form strong and effective working relationships across the business
- Resilient and able to resolve issues under pressure
- Excellent English - written & verbal communications skills - also Spanish
- Experience of complaint resolutions
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications and IT skills
- Friendly and approachable personality
