The Role:

- Understand competitor trends and implement innovative marketing initiatives
Candidate qualities:
- You must have a proven track record of driving success in the hospitality sector
- Be bright, energetic, tenacious and ‘hands on’
- Show real leadership qualities, be a team player and an inspirational people manager
- Understand the customer journey and financial performance that will deliver profit growth
- Possess excellent communication and commercial skills with the ability to influence at all levels
Salary: £45K + exceptional benefits - OTE £60K
